Jobseekers receive tailored course recommendations based on the occupations they are actively following in the Jobs Portal.

Yes, you can recommend multiple training courses to a client. For detailed instructions, refer to the Recommend a course section below.

Yes, you can use the filters in the Training section to narrow opportunities by a occupation specific occupation group.

Clients can view their recommended training by logging into the Jobs Portal and selecting the Training section from the left-hand menu. Recommended courses are displayed under the My Recommended Courses tab.

For service providers, you must have the Clients permissions enabled. Contact your administrator if you encounter access issues.

Clients will automatically have access to the Training section.

The Training section allows service providers to find and manage training opportunities for clients. This feature streamlines the process of recommending relevant courses and tracking training progress to support client development.

  • For Jobseekers: Access the Training Board from the portal menu to view personalized courses based on the occupations they are following.

Recommend a course

1. Open a client’s profile from the People screen.

2. Navigate to the Training tab within their profile.

3. Locate the course you’d like to recommend, select the 3-dot icon and choose Recommend.

Recommended courses will appear in the client’s My Recommended Courses tab.

  • Service providers can view courses recommended to their clients by selecting the Recommended option in the Status section of the Filters panel.

Share a course

1. Open a client’s profile from the People screen.

2. Navigate to the Training tab within their profile.

3. Locate the course you’d like to share, select the 3-dot icon, and choose Share.

2. This will open a new email in your default mail application with a link to the course. Add the recipient’s email and hit Send.

Track course status

1. Open a client’s profile from the People screen.

2. Navigate to the Training tab within their profile.

3. Locate the course you’d like to track, select the 3-dot icon, and select either of the options to track course status:

  • Mark as Enrolled
  • Mark as Completed
  • Service providers can view enrolled and completed courses by selecting the Enrolled or Completed options in the Status section of the Filters panel.
