Who can use this feature?
- Portal Staff who have the Clients permission
- Administrators
The People section of the Service Provider Portal allows caseworkers and administrators to view and manage client, referral, and staff profiles.
View User Profiles
1. Navigate to the People section from the portal menu.
2. Use the search bar to find a specific client by their first name, preferred name, last name, or a combination thereof.
3. Apply filters to refine your list by:
- User Type
- User Status
- Service Providers*
- Assigned Staff*
- Demographics
- Sex
- Age
- Client Stream
- Identifies As
- Employment Status
- Education Level
- Transportation Access
- Occupations & Skills
- Activity
*Based on user permissions.
4. Select a client’s name to view their profile.
