Report Categories
Service Delivery Reports
These reports track data related to clients, caseworkers, and service outcomes.
Portal Usage Reports
These reports measure activity within the Jobs Portal.

Report Access Levels
Access to specific reports is determined by your user role and assigned permissions.
If you do not see Reports listed in the portal menu, contact your site administrator or manager for access.
Report data is scoped based on the user’s access level:
- Portal Staff with Caseworker Reports permissions: Can view data scoped to their assigned clients.
- Portal Staff with Service Provider Reports permissions: Can view data specific to their assigned Service Provider.
- Portal Staff with Group Reports permissions: Can access data across the entire service delivery network.
Understanding these access levels ensures users can interpret reports within the appropriate context for their role.
Using Reports
All reports in WE Data Tools share a familiar layout, allowing you to quickly filter, explore, and analyze data.
While not all features are available in every report, the overall interface is consistent for ease of use.
Standard Interface Elements

- Report Name & Description: Each report includes a title and a brief description.
- About This Report: Expands to explain data sources, definitions, and methodology.
- Date Range Selector: Choose a predefined range or specify a custom period.
- Export Option: (Available only on select reports) Download data as a CSV file for offline analysis.
- Exported files exclude all personally identifiable information.
- Share: Share a link to the report (requires the user to have report permissions).
- Report Options: Customize how data is displayed and filtered.
Your selected date range is remembered for convenience.
