Who can use this feature?
The Top Viewed / Followed Report highlights the most popular companies, occupations, and sectors within the WE Data Tools portal. It helps staff identify what is generating the most interest among clients.
Key Features
- Most Popular Table: Displays total views, follows, and related activity for each category.
- Switchable Views: Users can toggle between views to show the most popular Companies, Occupations, or Sectors.
- Export Option: Download report data as a CSV file for further analysis. (Export excludes all personally identifiable information.)
- Share Option: Email a direct link to the report, allowing colleagues to access the same filtered view. Only users with the Reports permission can open shared report links.
Date Selection Options
You can choose from several predefined date ranges or specify a custom range.
Your selected date range is remembered for convenience.
