Who can use this feature?
The Resumes Report provides detailed analytics on resume activity within the WE Data Tools portal. It helps staff understand how resumes are being created, edited, and viewed by clients and staff over time.
Key Features
- Growth: Displays the total number of new resumes created during the selected period, with a breakdown by user type (clients, staff, referrals, and leads).
- Snapshot: Shows the total number of resumes currently in the system, categorized by user type.
- Resumes Chart: Tracks resume creation, editing, and viewing activity over time.
- Export Option: Download report data as a CSV file for further analysis.
- Share Option: Email a direct link to the report, allowing colleagues to access the same filtered view. Only users with the Reports permission can open shared report links.
Date Selection Options
You can choose from several predefined date ranges or specify a custom range.
Your selected date range is remembered for convenience.
