Who can use this feature?
The Portal Report provides an overview of activity across the entire WE Data Tools portal. It measures account growth, user engagement, and system-wide interactions among clients, staff, referrals, and leads.
Key Features
- Growth: Displays the total number of new portal accounts created during the selected period, broken down by user type (clients, staff, and referrals).
- Snapshot: Shows the total number of active portal accounts, with a visual breakdown by user type.
- Logins: Tracks total, staff, and client logins over time to show usage trends.
- Activity Summary: Provides a detailed breakdown of portal activities by user type. Examples include actions such as:
- Following an occupation
- Viewing a client profile
- Adding staff
- Export Option: Download report data as a CSV file for further analysis.
- Share Option: Email a direct link to the report, allowing colleagues to access the same filtered view. Only users with the Reports permission can open shared report links.

You can choose from several predefined date ranges or specify a custom range.
Your selected date range is remembered for convenience.
