The Client Outcomes Report tracks client intake, employment outcomes, and non-employment outcomes, providing insights into client progress and service effectiveness.
Date Selection Options
Date range options include:
- Fiscal Year to Date (default view): Displays data for the current fiscal year.
- When data for multiple fiscal years is available, you can select which fiscal year to view.
- Last 90 Days
- Current Quarter
- Previous Quarter
- Custom Date Selection
Your selected date range is remembered for convenience.
Report Options
Report options allow you to customize how data is displayed and filtered. From the Report Options panel, you can:
- Switch Between Views – Choose between primary and secondary views to display outcome data by:
- Service Provider: View outcomes based on different service providers.
- Client Stream: Analyze client outcomes by service stream.
- Team Members: Track outcomes attributed to specific team members.
- Target Population: Break down data by specific client demographics.
- Referral Source: View outcomes based on the referral source.
- Filter by Service Provider – Narrow results to a specific service provider or view all.
Key Metrics & Data Categories
- Clients Served: Displays the percentage of cases that moved to an outcome (numerator), over the total cases created during the period (denominator).
- Employment Outcomes: The percentage of cases recorded an Employment outcome at the 3 month checkpoint (numerator), over the total cases that recorded anything at a 3 month checkpoint, or were eligible for their 3 month checkpoint but did not record an outcome.
- Education: The percentage of cases that transitioned to further education or training (numerator), over the number of cases closed during the period (denominator).
- Non-Employment Outcomes: Displays the total number of clients in alternative outcomes.
- Not Employed: Cases that have moved to an unemployed outcome.
- Early Exit: Cases that have moved to an early exit outcome.
- Other Exit: Cases that achieved some other exit for reasons beyond the service provider’s control (e.g., relocation, death, or being unreachable.
- Not in Labour Force: Cases that moved to a Not In Labour Force outcome.
