Who can use this feature?
- Jobseekers
- Portal Staff with the Clients permission
- Administrators
The Jobs Portal supports secure uploading and storage of documents. Both clients and service provider staff can use this feature to share files such as resumes, receipts, pay stubs, and other relevant documents in PDF or Word format.y stubs, etc.
Accepted File Types and Limits
- Accepted file types: DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 10 MB per file
- File limit: Up to 100 files per client account
For Clients
Upload a File
1. Log in to the Jobs Portal and go to My Profile.

2. Select the Files tab.

3. Select + Upload File and choose the file to upload from your device.

View or Download a File
1. Log in to the Jobs Portal and go to My Profile.

2. Select the Files tab.

3. Select the 3-dots icon next to the file you want to view or download and choose Download to save it locally.

Delete a File
1. Log in to the Jobs Portal and go to My Profile.

2. Select the Files tab.

3. Select the 3-dots icon next to the file you want to remove and choose Delete.

- Clients can only delete files they have uploaded themselves. Files uploaded by service provider staff cannot be removed by clients.
For Staff
Upload a File
1. Navigate to the client’s profile in the Jobs Portal and open the Files tab.
Select +Upload File.

- Private files are only visible to caseworkers and are not shared with the client.
View or Download Client Files
1. Navigate to the client’s profile in the Jobs Portal and open the Files tab.
All files uploaded by either the client or service provider staff will be listed here.

2. Select the 3-dots icon next to a file and choose Download.

Delete a file
1. Navigate to a client profile in the Jobs Portal and select the Files tab.

2. Select the 3-dots icon next to the file you want to remove and choose Delete.

- Only the user who uploaded a file can delete it. Clients cannot delete files uploaded by staff, and staff cannot delete files uploaded by clients.
Change the Privacy Setting of an Existing File
1. Navigate to a client profile in the Jobs Portal and select the Files tab.

2. Select the 3-dots icon next to the file you want to adjust.
Choose Mark Private or Mark Public, depending on the current privacy setting.
