The Overview tab provides a quick summary of the client’s key details, referral information, and recent portal activity.

The tab is divided into several sections that help staff quickly understand a client’s background, communication preferences, and current engagement within the portal.

Client Information

The Client Details section displays the client’s assignment, referral information, personal profile, employment background, and communication preferences.

This section includes:

Referral Details

  • Referral Source
  • Marketing Sources
  • Reference Number
  • Referral Notes
  • Service Needs
  • Access to Transportation

Client Profile

  • First Name

*Only visible for CaMS-linked clients.

Editing Client Details

1. To update any information in these sections, select the Edit link next to the section title.

2. After making your changes, select Save to apply them.

  • For Client Profiles linked to CaMS, any data pulled directly from CaMS cannot be edited within the portal. To modify this information, updates must be made in CaMS.

General Notes

The General Notes section allows staff to record important information about the client, such as their preferred communication method, best times to reach them, or any additional context that may assist with service delivery.

Editing General Notes

1. To add or update notes, select the Edit link next to the section title.

2. After making your changes, select Save to apply them.

  • The General Notes section does not store multiple note entries. To retain previous notes, add your new comments below the existing content before selecting Save.

Tasks

The Tasks section displays the number of active tasks associated with the client’s case, along with a quick link to the full Tasks screen.

If there are no open tasks, this section will not be visible.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity panel displays a chronological log of actions taken by the client in the portal, such as:

  • Logging in
  • Updating their profile or resume
  • Adding skills
  • Completing tasks
  • Accepting follow recommendations
  • Saving jobs

Each entry includes a timestamp showing when the action occurred.
