Coming September 9
Changes to employer management will be available beginning September 9, 2026. These help resources have been published in advance to support the upcoming launch.
Who can use this feature?
The Employers screen provides Job Board Administrators with access to the shared Employer Directory. Use it to find employer records, identify employers or job postings that require attention, review employer information, and manage Job Board settings.
What Job Board Administrators can manage
Job Board Administrators can work with the following areas of an Employer Profile:
- Overview: Review and update general employer information.
- Locations: Review and manage employer locations.
- Job Board Admin: Manage job posting settings, tags, aliases, and Job Map coordinates.
Job Board Administrators do not create new employer profiles or manage employer contacts, notes, or Service Plan Cases.
Find an employer
Use the search field at the top of the Employer Directory to find an employer by name.
Filter employers
Select Filters to narrow the Employer Directory to records that meet specific criteria. You can use the filters available to all Employer Directory users as well as filters specific to Job Board Administration.
Job posting status filters
Use these filters to include employers associated with job postings in the selected status:
- Include Blocked Postings
- Include Postings Under Review
- Include Trashed Postings
Data quality filters
Use these filters to identify employer records that may need to be reviewed or completed:
- Aliased Records: Employers that have been designated as aliases of another employer record.
- Ungeocoded Records: Employers with locations that do not have Job Map coordinates.
- NAICSless Records: Employers without a NAICS classification.
- Records Without Description: Employers without a company description.
- Records Without Website: Employers without a website.
- Out of Region: Employers located outside the configured service region.
You can combine Job Board Admin filters with filters from other sections, such as Status, Sectors, and Location.
Your selected filters are saved automatically and will remain applied the next time you open the Employers screen.
