Why aren’t an employer’s Indeed job postings appearing in the Jobs Portal?
A known issue with Indeed affects some employers whose job postings do not appear in location-based search results—even when searched directly on Indeed.
Our indexers find Indeed postings through geographical searches, such as a city or town within a 50 km radius. If Indeed does not return an employer’s postings in those results, we are unable to retrieve them for the Jobs Portal.
Affected employers may wish to report the issue directly to Indeed. If an employer in your region is experiencing this issue and would like to pursue it, please contact us. We would be happy to connect with them, as we are also interested in seeing the issue resolved.
